SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT
No meals are provided but guests can take advantage of a fully equipped kitchen with large sinks, community dishwasher, large gas cooker with oven, large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, pots, etc.; a washing machine is also available.
It is possible to have, on request, cooks for the preparation of meals (typical local cuisine) and staff for extra cleaning (prices to be agreed).
Baby beds are provided on request (euro 25/week).
I am available to guests:
- a large park surrounding the castle
- a swimming pool (mt. 16 x 7), equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas (opening 15/5-30/9);
- a playground for children;
- a multipurpose field for soccer and tennis;
- volleyball and boules courts;
- table tennis, billiards, table football, walking routes
- sauna, satellite TV,
- car parking inside the outdoor structure
- free satellite WI FI is available.
Guests are advised to bring the tools for use of the available sports facilities, such as football balls, volleyball, tennis, table tennis and related rackets
It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap before diving
Heating: central. Final cleaning: euro 22 per person, with a minimum of 500,00 euros, linen for rooms and bathrooms (mandatory): €. 10,00 / person and security deposit: Euro 750,00, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Electricity consumption (€.0.50/kwh), gas (LPG) for cooking and heating (€. 4.00 MC), water (€. 2 MC), wood, etc. are paid for consumption.
Shops and super markets: they are located in Bagnoregio (7 Km), Viterbo (20 KM), in Celleno (3 Km), in Pratoleva (bar / food 900 mt).
Main distances: 7 Km from Bagnoregio with its picturesque Civita (called “the city that dies”), 15 Km Lake Bolsena (free and equipped beaches), 20 Km Viterbo (called the city of the Popes with its unaltered medieval district), 29 Km Orvieto (with the famous Cathedral), Km 30 Bomarzo (with the fascinating and mysterious “Park of the Monsters”), Km 90 Rome, Km. 140 Florence (easily accessible by train).
